The master bedroom in this ground floor unit has been completely updated with a king-sized bed, nightstands, dresser, chair and TV with DVD. The living room is furnished with a queen-sized leather sleeper sofa, rocker/recliner, settee, occasional tables and TV with VCR. The kitchen has a refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, electric stove and microwave as well as many other small appliances.

Property Damage Protection Fee of $50 (non-refundable) charged to each reservation. Rates based on 1 or 2 person occupancy. Additional persons, over the age of 5, add $10.00 per day each, if accommodation permits. This is a Non Smoking Unit. NO PETS of any kind are allowed. No Boats, Trailers, RV's, Skateboards, Roller Blades or Scooters allowed on premises.

Confirmed reservation requires a $300.00 deposit by credit card. Sixty One (61 days) notice, IN WRITING, of cancellation is required for partial refund of deposit. NO EXCEPTIONS. No refunds for early departure.
